We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our dynamic team to lead our MEP installation projects to success. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in MEP project management, a strong understanding of all MEP related installations, and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of MEP installations of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
· Develop the project plan, schedule, and budget, and track progress against the plan.
· Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including the client, sub-contractors, and team members.
· Ensure that all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met or exceeded.
· Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
· Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
· Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Educational Requirements
BSc in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Job Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP installation projects.
Additional Job Requirement
· Age below 45 years is preferable.
· Proven track record of successfully managing MEP installation projects, minimum three years as a senior manager.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) & presentation skills in English.
· Strong knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Living in Uttara will be an added advantage.
· Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English & Bengali.
