Job responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and supervise MEP installations, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the adherence to project standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve any MEP-related issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the project management team.
• Ensure all MEP installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Job Experience
Minimum 05 years of experience working as an MEP Site Engineer in the construction industry.
Additional Job Requirement
• Age below 35 years preferable
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred.
• Experience with MEP software and tools is a plus.

30,000.00 – 40,000.00 BDT
